Our Schedule

FiA Kane County's Lady Knights hold several weekly workouts at various outdoor locations throughout Kane County. 

 

Rain or shine (unless weather is deemed unsafe), we join together for bootcamp-style workouts, runs, and/or "rucks". (What's a ruck? Simply put: it's a walk/hike while wearing a rucksack, weighted backpack, or weighted vest.)

Every workout is peer-led by a fellow Lady Knight. They begin promptly at their start time listed and end 45 minutes later.
